Assistant District Attorney Laura Millendorf said Haden would methodically molest and sexually assault his patients after the nurses left the examination room.

He was charged with five counts of criminal sex act, two counts of forcible touching and two counts of third degree sex abuse. These nine counts came after numerous patients filed civil lawsuits against him. Dr. Hadden plead not guilty and awaits trial.
