Connecticut dentist office manager charged with sexually assaulting a fellow employee

An employee of West Avenue Dental accused Rafael Arias, the office manager, of sexually assaulting her at work. Other female employees said that Mr. Arias had been inappropriate with them as well.. Mr. Arias admitted to sexual contact with the employee making the accusations, but claimed it was consensual. In July of 2014, Arias was found guilty and was sentenced to eight years in prison after passing up a plea bargain that would have limited his sentence to two years and prevented his week long trial. He will also have to under go sex offender treatment and register for life as a sex offender.

Director of Cranberry EMS pled guilty to molesting a 19-year old man at a party

Steve F. Tedesco Jr., the executive director of Cranberry EMS, plead guilty to 1 count of indecent assault of an unconscious person for molesting a 19-year-old man at a party. Two other counts of providing alcohol to underage boys were dropped.


On December 10, 2012 Tedesco was sentenced to four years probation. He was additionally ordered to served 100 hours of community service and attend counseling.

South Carolina EMS admits to molesting woman in the back of an ambulance

Anthony Louis Green confessed to molesting a woman in the back of an ambulance while she was strapped in a full c-spine restraint.

Colorado chiropractor arrested to molesting patient during ultrasound treatment

Jack Cody was arrested on Christmas Eve after allegedly molesting a patient two days earlier while performing an ultrasound. Cody’s Decemberr assault was not an isolated case, but rather the last in a line of increasingly inappropriate behavior.
