The clinical psychologist for Camp O’Neal (a Sierra Nevada juvenile detention center), James Harrington White, pled guilty to performing and taking photographs of sex acts with a drugged 29-year-old male patient at his Malibu clinic. White was know to have a history of abusing male patients under his control before finally being brought to trial. He was initially sentenced to six years for the assault, but earned an added eight months after he failed to show up for his court appearance. He was caught and arrested in Texas after fleeing California.
