Fertility Doctor Still Practicing Despite No Contest Plea to Sexual Battery

A fertility specialist in Provo, Utah had his license suspended and originally faced 21 counts of forcible sex abuse after an investigation revealed multiple female clients and employees who alleged inappropriate behavior on the doctor’s part. Dr. Larry Andrew was accused of inappropriately touching patients during treatments at his fertility clinic and forcing female employees to give him prostate exams.

At trial in August 2007, Andrew pleaded no contest to reduced charges which resulted in a sentence of one year in county jail and two years of probation. He was not required to register as a sex offender and kept his medical license. He is still practicing in the Provo area at the East Bay Fertility Center.
