New York pediatrician charged with drugging patients, sexually assaulting them and recording the incidents

Rakesh Punn  sexually assaulted one of his female patients which he recorded on video. Dr. Punn allegedly used drugs to sedate his patients before assaulting them. He was also charged with possession of chloral hydrate, a controlled substance. In April of 2014 he pled guilty to the assault with the sentence ranging from 13 to 30 years. As part of the plea bargain he will also be forced to pay restitution payments to the victims.
